I bought this with a view to wearing it at Christmas. I bought the long sleeved version as I prefer to cover my arms and the fabric is lovely and soft and not too thick as it does get warm in people's homes at Christmas. Like some others have stated these dresses are rather long and I will have to shorten the hems on both the dress and the sleeves but I can manage that myself. I thought the green was more useful than the red for Christmas as it is less limiting and I'll wear it more often. The cut is very comfortable and there's lots of room for huge dinners!
